These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, digital products, services, and community (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing from The Side 10x, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Use of Services

- Accounts are for one user only. Sharing login details is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

Digital Products & Third-Party Licensing

- All products offered by The Side 10x are digital products with instant access. No physical items are shipped.

- Some products are sold with Master Resell Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR). In such cases, your use of the product may also be governed by the original creator’s licensing terms, which apply in addition to these Terms.

- Where resale or redistribution rights are included, you are responsible for following the original license terms provided with the product.

- Except as explicitly stated, you may not reproduce, distribute, or share our content without permission.

Payment Terms

- All digital products are one-time fees, while all software products are monthly recurring fees. Both are processed securely through Stripe or other approved processors.

- By purchasing, you authorize the Company to charge your chosen payment method.

- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Chargebacks & Disputes

- Since products are delivered instantly, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us at [email protected] to resolve issues.

- We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery and contest any chargebacks.

Community Rules & Code of Conduct

If you participate in any community spaces (groups, forums, chats):

- Be respectful of others. No harassment, hate speech, or spamming.

- Do not promote unrelated products or offers without permission.

- We may remove members or revoke access for violations of these rules, without refund.

Intellectual Property

- All site content, branding, and proprietary materials are owned by The Side 10x, LLC or its licensors.

- You are granted limited, non-exclusive rights to access content for personal use and for resale/redistribution only where explicitly stated by the product license.

Affiliate Program

- The Company may offer an affiliate program. By participating, affiliates must comply with all rules, payout terms, and marketing guidelines as set forth in separate Affiliate Terms.

- The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.

Third-Party Tools & Services

- Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Captivation Hub, Stripe, Facebook/Instagram, and others.

- We are not responsible for the performance, security, or terms of these third parties.

Earnings Disclaimer

- We may share testimonials, case studies, or examples of income. These are not guarantees. Results will vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors.

- You acknowledge that purchasing our products does not guarantee any financial or business success.

Limitation of Liability

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Side 10x, LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of our Services.

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
